Heather Rose has successfully built a career by perfectly placing people in the places where both companies and individuals will discover mutual success.

Heather took her BS in International Business and Marketing from Florida Atlantic University to Zimmerman Advertising, the world’s #1 automotive advertising agency. As Associate Director of Human Resources, Ms. Rose helped the agency through a transition period in their development. Zimmerman was attempting to go from a monoculture to a diversified portfolio agency, and Heather was integral in helping them staff for this new reality. As the agency expanded to encompass 10 regional offices around the world, Heather helped these new employees to feel a part of the overall “ZMotion” culture, even if they were far removed from it.

Upon leaving Zimmerman, Ms. Rose took the position of Director of Human Resources for The JKG Group. At JKG, Heather institutionalized an “open door” policy, instilling confidence and communication in the employees. She also helped JKG grow their business from printing into advertising by selecting the right candidates for the evolving company culture.

From there, Heather moved to Beacon Industries Worldwide, which specializes in ancillary automotive products. Her initial responsibilities as Director of Internal Operations and HR, took her experience to the next level, as she worked in tandem with the CEO and all Senior Level Management to develop a comprehensive Human Resources strategy for that company. Beacon saw her vast wealth of skill and diligence, and promoted her to the Managing Director. In this new role, Ms. Rose directed both strategy and workflow. When a decision was made, it was up to Heather to implement it.

Needing a change, Heather Rose decided to become a consultant when she left the Sunshine State. Now living in the Northeast, Ms. Rose is looking to expand her horizons while putting her sharply tuned skills to the test.
